IPAUL can provide the good quality and economic PVC floor products to customer. We also want to provide the best service to customer. Our orientation is that Customer get the right solution and products from us, install and get a good effect as the original design schedule, the PVC floor products will be used a long life cycle.

The Standard communication procedure will be as following:

Quotation	We will send the detailed and accurate proposal and quotation to you according to what we discussed in email.
Sample Confirmation	We will express the sample for your confirmation according to your requirements.
Proforma Invoice	If you think the sample is OK, and choose us as your supplier, you can send us the PO, then we issue Proforma Invoice to you for payment. The delivery way and payment terms will be discussed.
Advanced payment	Customer will arrange the advanced payment as PI
Production	When we got advanced payment, we will arrange factory to start production
Package and Quality check	Customer can arrange the third party to check the quality and quantities
Delivery	Customer arrange Balanced payment, and we will arrange delivery

Product distribution

We welcome the local customer in different countries to distribute our products. Customer have stock some standard products in their warehouse, and sell to their local customer. We can provide the professional support and training to their sales team.

Project Support

If you have important project, we can provide you with full support such as:

1. Bigger sample confirmation with your customer to feel and touch the quality and advantages of IPAUL Vinyl Floor products.

2. Arrange engineer to go with you to visit the customer and the construction site, or training the contractor and workers

3. Project effect design. If you have the photos of project or layout, we can help to make the real color on the drawing or project photos.

OEM cooperation

IPAUL provide the OEM service for customer with a required quantities with customer's packages. IPAUL will make standard with customer and sample confirmation (with customized package).  We can prepare standard products in our warehouse according to customer' requirements, and will deliver flexible according to customer's requirements.

ODM cooperation

If you have any special design with big volume, we can develop the products for your and protect your design patent. ODM services only provide to the channel customer, which is better for them to satisfy their local customer's requirements.

Logistic Services

Normally we  will provide Ex work or FOB quotation. If required, we can provide CIF quotation or FOB+Freight with insurance, or LCL double clear service.

Sourcing services

In many cases, customer have different requirements of building material.  We can help to source other many material to form a full container or more, we just charge some cost.
