Gerflor-Non Directional Homogenous Flooring-MIPOLAM ACTION

MIPOLAM AMBIANCE ACTION is a monolayer homogeneous pressed compacted floor covering in sheet, with non directional design, clour dyed as a raw mixture to ensure even color throughout the thickness and a matt finish. Its surface is densely compacted for improved wear and ease of maintenance.

It is treated with EVERCARE, the latest improvement in polyurethane special maintenance treatment obtained by UV laser crossing-linking. EVERCARE avoids staining of chemical products, like betadine, eosin, or anti bacterial hand gel and increases the durability of the flooring. No wax for life.

MIPOLAM AMBIANCE ACTION incorporates bacteriostatic and fungistatic actions. The flooring complies with the EN 649 (34-43) and has a Group T wear rating. It is suitable for heavy traffic areas.

Installation

Installation should be carried out in accordance with local standards. Subfloor should be smooth, hard, clean and dry prior to laying. Where applicable the subfloor must  incorporate an effective Damp Proof Membrane. The material must be allowed to acclimatize 24 hours before installation in a room temperature of between 18~24 degree. All seams must be hot welded using matching welding rod.

Maintenance

No wax is needed right after installation. Maintenance should be carried out regularly  to retain the appearance and durability of the floor. The floor covering should be maintained with regular sweeping and damp mopping using a neutral cleanser. More intense cleaning should be carried out using a fine spray cleaning pad under a floor machine, or for  large areas combined machine cleaning.
